Kellett is a boutique law firm conveniently located in Waltham, Massachusetts. My practice works primarily with nonprofit organizations and other philanthropically-minded persons and for-profit businesses -- usually in the realm of charitable solicitation and fundraising events. In addition to nonprofit law, I also handle family law, simple estate planning, and other legal matters on a periodic basis.
